We are a privately owned company based in Sydney, Australia.

Any payments made through our site is safe and secure. We ensure that all direct payment gateways available comply and adhere to PCI-DSS standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

We have no tolerance for fakes. We partner with strictly vetted suppliers globally. Every piece is verified authentic. If you believe you have received a non-genuine and counterfeit piece from us please contact us immediately for assistance via the contact form.

We always express ship to you, and we offer free express shipping globally when the minimum order value is reached. Your shopping cart will indicate if you are below this minimum order value. If the order value is below minimum, standard shipping fees apply and will vary from country to country. 

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses as our couriers will require your signature upon delivery.

All new orders are processed on business days Monday-Friday. It may take up to 24 hours for your order to get processed, and possibly longer during busy festive seasons and global public holidays. We have brand partners globally and processing times will vary. We will confirm once your order is received, prepared and dispatched.

We want it to be right the first time and every time. If you need further assistance please contact us via our contact form. One of our fashion curators will get back to you on recommended sizes and styles best suited to you.

Don’t completely adore what you’ve received from us? Please follow the prompts on Returns & Refunds page.

Returns can only be issued once we or our partnering brands have received your returned items. Please allow up to 7 business days for this to be processed. Once we confirm we have received your returned item and it is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding any delivery costs incurred for returning the item/s. Also, please allow additional days to process due to varying processing time between payment providers. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us immediately.

We currently do not offer product exchange. You will need to first initiate a return by contacting us. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

We usually process and prepare orders quite quickly, therefore cannot guarantee that orders can be cancelled. If your order has not yet been prepared by us or partnering brands, we may be able to cancel your order. Orders that have been prepared and shipped can be returned according to our return policy. Please email us as the first step if you wish to cancel your order at hello@runwaydoor.com or our contact form.

Prices include taxes. Where applicable, prices include all taxes & duties paid at the checkout, where you do not need to pay any additional fees to the courier.

There are exceptions for select countries where items are delivered DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You will be required to pay additional fees for your delivered item. Please check with us for assistance if you are unsure at hello@runwaydoor.com

We strive to ensure our items reach you in the best condition possible. If in any instance that the item/s delivered is defective or damaged upon delivery, and it is in our fault upon careful assessment, you will be eligible for a return and full refund. In your best effort please return according to our return policy.
