Shipping & Delivery
We always express ship to you, and we offer free express shipping globally when the minimum order value is reached. Your shopping cart will indicate if you are below this minimum order value. If the order value is below minimum, standard shipping fees apply and will vary from country to country.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses as our couriers will require your signature upon delivery.
Delivery time can range between 3-10 business days depending on date of collection/dispatch from us and your delivery location. Please use the time frame below as a guide only as there may be circumstances beyond our control including clearing customs, payment approval, your absence upon delivery etc.

3-5 business days: US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, China, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, Serbia, Iceland, Argentina, Chile, Egypt, Peru, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela, Israel, Kuwait, Mexico and Sri Lanka.

We ship globally with the strong support network of DHL as well as other trusted independent couriers, where needed, to ensure your parcel is fast-tracked and secure every time.
If for any reason, you refuse or reject a shipment from Runway Door after our attempt/s to deliver to your nominated shipping address, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs of the parcel delivered and the cost of returning the package to Runway Door. Any import fees associated is non-refundable. This charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
About your order
All new orders are processed on business days Monday-Friday. It may take up to 24 hours for your order to get processed, and possibly longer during busy festive seasons and global public holidays. We have brand partners globally and processing times will vary. We will confirm once your order is received, prepared and dispatched.
We usually process and prepare orders quite quickly, therefore cannot guarantee that orders can be cancelled. If your order has not yet been prepared by us or partnering brands, we may be able to cancel your order. Orders that have been prepared and shipped can be returned according to our return policy. Please email us as the first step if you wish to cancel your order at hello@runwaydoor.com.
As a first step please contact us via the contact form or email hello@runwaydoor.com. We may be able to adjust your order if it has not been processed or prepared by our partnering brands. Please keep in mind, orders get processed quite quickly. If your order has been processed, prepared and shipped you will need to follow our return & refund policy. Wrong size or wrong color selected is considered “a change of mind” case. Please note all change of mind purchases and unsuitable purchases will only be accepted if it is requested within 10 days of delivery (the day you received the item/s). You will need to strictly adhere to the return policy for all items to be returned. Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable for unsuitable and change of mind cases.
We currently do not offer product exchange. You will need to first initiate a return by contacting us. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
We have fraud prevention filters that will automatically cancel and refund any orders that are suspicious. From time to time, we may contact the purchasing customer to verify credit card details before processing the order. We are committed to ensuring our online community feels safe when shopping or using any service at Runway Door.
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify this matter for you.
All prices include duties and taxes where applicable, and as specified at the checkout. You will not be required to make additional payments to the courier. There are exceptions* for some countries please see below.
*Argentina, Colombia and Peru: Orders are shipped DDU and you may be required to pay import duties and taxes. These charges are non-refundable if you wish to initiate a product return.
